This is my personal selection of the best YouTube guided meditation for beginners. Some are specifically intended for anxiety or gratitude or self-love, while others are more generic. All the videos listed are under 11 minutes, as quality over quantity should be the priority, especially for beginners. Someone who’s not familiar with meditation may found that guided, shorter meditation is better to start with.
